Wine Club FAQs
Instead of picking up my monthly wine order, do you ship?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer shipping. We encourage local NYC residents to participate in our wine club so once a month we can personally hand you your order and offer you a free glass of wine!
What if I cannot pick up my order on a specific date?
We understand not everyone will be able to pick up their order on a specific date, that’s why this year we are setting one date and you can pick up your order anytime after that date. When you pick up, you’ll get a free glass of wine!
What does my discount include?
Entry and Premium memberships include 10% off all additional purchases made at Rooftop Reds during your membership. VIP memberships include 20% off. Everything from wine bottles, to wine by the glass, to event space rentals, to ticket prices, etc. Discount codes will be emailed directly to members for online purchases.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All online orders must be paid by credit card. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
Who should I contact if I'm having trouble signing up for the membership?
If for any reason you are experiencing technical difficulties signing up please email email@example.com so she can help you further.
Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Memberships can be cancelled at any point during the Rooftop Reds season (April-October). All subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of October, so October will be the last pick up month. If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us here.
